Note:  Written comments will be accepted at any time during the environmental impact analysis process; however, Draft EIS comments should be postmarked by January 5, 2024 to be considered in the Final EIS. By submitting a comment you will automatically be added to the mailing to be notified of the availability of the Final EIS.
Privacy Act Advisory: Private addresses provided will be compiled to develop the mailing list. However, only the names of the individuals making comments and specific comments will be included in the EIS document. Personal home addresses and phone numbers will not be published in the EIS.
